Define
We work together to define your intention and fitness goals. Whether it's establishing a sustainable routine to build and maintain muscle, or unlocking a specific calisthenics skill, the first step is to name it. From there, collaboratively we design a programme to help you achieve your goals.

Train & Track
We do the work. You follow the programme and track your progress. I take an evidence-based and human-centred approach by combining science and your experience to understand what works for you.

Reassess & Update
We reassess and update your programme, informed by your experience with the last cycle and your reported metrics. Too easy? We increase the intensity. Too challenging? We make it more attainable. Together we co-design the next phase of your programme.
