About
Hey, I'm Manu.
I've always been attracted to trying new things and putting energy into doing them well: climbing, coding, horse riding, video gaming, running, blacksmithing, martial arts... the list goes on. I've come to realise that time, money, and ability are consistently the most limiting factors when it comes to exploring new interests.
While we can't always control the amount of time we have or how much we can spend, we can influence our own ability to take on new pursuits by building strength, endurance, and mobility.

For years I worked a desk job and had a stable income. I would go down the usual rabbit holes of trying new things for variable lengths of time but barely thought about how I was treating my body on a daily basis.
While time and money weren't an issue, my physical ability was starting to fall short. Going up a flight of stairs made me breathless, and I was pulling something way too often for my age.
As these annoyances became more frequent, my intention became more clear: to strengthen and maintain my ability to take on whatever life brings, for as long as possible.
And just like that, the pursuit for longevity became a core pillar of my life, stronger and more enduring than any interest or hobby (...except for The Lord of the Rings triology). It's an approach that prioritises maintaining the ability to live life to the fullest.
For me, defining my intention was the key to consistency. So, I challenge you to reflect on your own intention—What's driving you? Let's define it and commit to it. By showing up for yourself with purpose, the journey becomes not just achievable, but truly fulfilling. Let's start today.
